Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using ILLUM Pulse. By creating an account or accessing the Service you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ILLUM Pulse ("the Service"), operated by ILLUM Partners, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ILLUM Pulse provides business benchmarking, valuation analysis, and M&A readiness assessments for company founders and business owners. All outputs are indicative only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for legitimate business purposes. The Service is intended for business owners and founders, not consumers.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your data current. You may not share your account with others.

5. Data You Provide

You grant ILLUM Partners a limited licence to use the financial and business data you submit solely for the purpose of generating your benchmarking reports and valuation analysis. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period. One-time report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated.

7. Intellectual Property

The ILLUM Pulse platform, valuation framework, benchmark data, and comparable transaction database are the intellectual property of ILLUM Partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of the platform or its outputs without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

All valuations, benchmarks, and M&A readiness scores are indicative only. They are based on data you provide and publicly available market information. ILLUM Partners makes no warranty as to accuracy or completeness. Do not rely on these outputs as the sole basis for any business or financial decision.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILLUM Partners' total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ILLUM Partners in the twelve months preceding the claim. ILLUM Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond this amount.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
